Measure yourself undressed in a standing position:
correct posture will ensure precise results.

Measure all circumferences required:
using a measuring tape, measure all circumferences required in the size chart of a chosen garment, write down the measured values in centimeters.

Cross-reference your measurements with the LIPOELASTIC size chart:
size charts available on our website for each garment you select.
4.
Don’t measure skin folds:
Avoid measuring any excess skin in the tummy area, but rather focus on the hip measurement.
