Returns and Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
You may return your garments within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The garments are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

The garments have not been washed, dry-cleaned, or carry any odour indicating wear.
Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size or color.

For a different product design, request a refund and place a new order for the desired garment.
Due to the medical nature of our products, garments worn post-surgery cannot be returned. Any worn or used garments returned to us will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return postage. Please retain tracking information for your return as we are not liable for its management or delivery.

Processing Time:
It may take up to 14 days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Exchange Process

Once your original garment has been received and inspected, the new garment will be shipped to you free of charge via 5+ working days delivery.

Email us with details of the size and/or color you wish to exchange for.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and examining the returned item(s).

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

We are not obligated to provide a refund before the return is received or evidence of its shipment is supplied.
Additional Guidance

To ensure proper sizing, try on garments carefully. Avoid wearing makeup, perfume, or body lotion when trying on garments to prevent damage.

Repeatedly worn garments will not be accepted for return or exchange.
