Our Returns & Exchange Policy applies within 30 days of receiving your item(s). If the item is unworn, in its original condition and packaging, you may return it for a refund or exchange.
We advise you to try the garment on to ensure correct sizing. Please make sure that you are not wearing any makeup, perfume or body lotion when trying the garment on. Repeatedly worn garments will not be accepted for a return.
After you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email with your reference number. Please write your reference number on a sheet of paper and enclose it with your return parcel — it helps our team match the goods to your request quickly and process your refund within 14 days.
The confirmation email also includes a PDF copy of your request, which you can print and include instead if you prefer.
